- Detection of Human Prostaglandin I2 Synthase by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SK-OV-3 human ovarian adenocarcinoma cell line and human ovary tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Prostaglandin I2 Synthase Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7788) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Prostaglandin I2 Synthase at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Detection of Human Prostaglandin I2 Synthase by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of SK-OV-3 human ovarian adenocarcinoma cell line and human ovarian cancer, loaded at 0.5 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Prostaglandin I2 Synthase at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Prostaglandin I2 Synthase Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7788) . This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
