- Immunoprecipitation: BTBD12 Antibody [NBP1-28679] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BTBD12 antibody NBP1-28679 used for IP at 10 ug/mg lysate. BTBD12 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BTBD12 antibody NBP1-28680, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated BTBD12, NBP1-28680 was used at 1 ug/ml.

- Immunoprecipitation: BTBD12 Antibody [NBP1-28679] - Detection of human BTBD12 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BTBD12 antibody NBP1-28679 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. BTBD12 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-BTBD12 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated BTBD12, NBP1-28679 was used at 3 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
