In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Sulfotransferase 1A1 is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with rhSulfotransferase 2A1 and rhSulfotransferase 4A1 is observed.

- Detection of Human Cytosolic Sulfotransferase 1E1/SULT1E1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of 3T3-L1 mouse embryonic fibroblast adipose-like cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Cytosolic Sulfotransferase 1E1/SULT1E1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5545) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for Cytosolic Sulfotransferase 1E1/SULT1E1 at approximately 37kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
