Figure 1. Liver microsomal fraction was prepared from rats which were either untreated (UT) or treated with 3 methylcholanthrene (MC), sodium phenobarbitone (PB), streptozotocin (STZ), or pregnenolone 16_-carbonitrile (PCN). To each lane 10 _g of microsomal protein was applied. After electro-transfer onto nitrocellulose filters, each blot was developed with antiserum diluted 1:4,000. Only the central section of blots corresponding to the molecular weight range of 50-60 kDa are shown. No other immunoreactive bands were detected.
