- Detection of Human Desmoplakin by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysate of COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Desmoplakin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9080) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for Desmoplakin at approximately 260 and 330 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
