- Detection of Mouse RTVP-1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line and RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse RTVP-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4468) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for RTVP-1 at approximately 30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
