- Western blot analysis of COUP-TFI in non-transfected lysate 293T lysate (A) and transfected lysate (B). Samples were resolved on 12% SDS PAGE gel and probed using a COUP-TFI polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-21611) at a dilution of 1:500.

- Western Blot analysis of NR2F1 was performed by separating 30 µg of non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts by 10% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a NR2F1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-21611) at a dilution of 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
