This NR2F2 / COUP2 antibody has been validated for use in chromatin IP (ChIP, 5 µl per ChIP), ChIP-Seq & ChIP-chip (5 µl each) and Western blotting (1:500 - 1:1,000 dilution). For optimal results, primary antibody incubations should be performed at 4C. The addition of 0.1% Tween 20 to all Blotto solutions may reduce background. Individual optimization may be required.
