- Western blot analysis of ANKRD32 using 30 µg of PC-3 lysate. Samples were loaded onto a 5% SDS-PAGE gel and probed with an ANKRD32 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-31991) at a dilution of 1:1000.

- Immunofluorescent analysis of ANKRD32 showing staining in the nucleus of U87-MG cells. U87-MG cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using an ANKRD32 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-31991) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining. Scale bar = 10µm.
