- HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TRMT2A (RC221181, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TRMT2. Positive lysates LY411594 (100 µg) and LC411594 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

- Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 µg per lane) of wild-type HeLa cells (WT, Cat# LC810HELA) and TRMT2A-Knockout HeLa cells (KO, Cat# LC833845) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TRMT2A monoclonal antibody TA505555(1:500). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-PCNA antibody as a loading control.
