Experimental details

Detection of human NFX1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NFX1 antibody A302-915A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. NFX1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NFX1 antibodies A302-914A and A302-916A, which recognize other epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated NFX1, A302-916A was used at 0.4 µg/ml,. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
