Immunohistochemical staining of perfusion-fixed frozen mouse brain sections with Anti-Na+/H+Exchanger 7 (NHE7) (extracellular) Antibody (#ANX-007), (1:200), followed by goat Anti-rabbit-AlexaFluor-488. A. Staining in the mouse hippocampal CA3 region, showed immunoreactivity of NHE7 (green) in the CA3 pyramidal layer (arrows). B. Pre-incubation of the Antibody with Na+/H+Exchanger 7 (NHE7) (extracellular) Blocking Peptide (BLP-NX007), suppressed staining. Cell nuclei are stained with DAPI (blue).
