- Experimental details
- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat ST3 beta-Gal alpha-2,3-Sialyltransferase 2/ST3GAL2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human heart tissue, mouse heart tissue, and rat heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human ST3 beta-Gal alpha-2,3-Sialyltransferase 2/ST3GAL2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7275) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for ST3 beta-Gal alpha-2,3-Sialyltransferase 2/ST3GAL2 at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
