- Western blot analysis of 293T cell lysates (50 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with GMNN monoclonal antibody , clone 2H7 (1 : 500) (Cat # MAB1079). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
