Experimental details

WNT4 antibody detects WNT4 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 ?g) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with WNT4 antibody (GTX101085) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Experimental details

WNT4 antibody detects WNT4 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and Wnt4-transfected (+, including V5-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (100 ?g) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with WNT4 antibody (GTX101085) at a dilution of 1:2500.The V5 was used as internal control (GTX117997, 1:2500) shown at the bottom panel. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
