- Detection of Human PTF1A by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 ug/ml of Goat Anti-HumanPTF1A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for PTF1A at approximately 45 kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- PTF1A in Human Pancreatic Cancer Cells. PTF1A was detected in immersion fixed human pancreatic cancer cells using Goat Anti-Human PTF1A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.

- PTF1A in Human Pancreas. PTF1A was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human pancreas using Goat Anti-Human PTF1A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 15 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
