- Cell lysates of HepG2 (lane 1, 30 ug) and HeLa (lane 2, 30 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with PPIB monoclonal antibody, clone k2E2 (Cat # MAB2033) (1:1,000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
