- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Cyclophilin B by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line, PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line, Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/ Rat Cyclophilin B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5410) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, recombinant human Cyclophilin A and Cyclophilin B (5 ng/lane) were included. A specific band for Cyclophilin B was detected at approximately 24 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.

- Western Blot Shows Human Cyclophilin B Specificity by Using Knockout Cell Line. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma parental cell line and Cyclophilin B knockout HeLa cell line (KO). PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Cyclophilin B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5410) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Cyclophilin B at approximately 25 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line, but is not detectable in knockout HeLa cell line. GAPDH (Catalog # MAB5718) is shown as a loading control. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Cyclophilin B in HeLa Human Cell Line. Cyclophilin B was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Cyclophilin B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5410) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
