Experimental details

Detection of Human FAT10 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of JY human B-lymphoblastoid cell line and COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 100 ng/mL Recombinant Human IFN-gamma (Catalog # 285-IF) for 18 hours. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human FAT10 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8408) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for FAT10 at approximately 22 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
