- Detection of Human NOD1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected or transfected with human NOD1 or human NOD2, HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, and SW480 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human NOD1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7090) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for NOD1 at approximately 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.

- NOD1 in Human Spleen. NOD1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human spleen using Mouse Anti-Human NOD1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7090) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
