- Western blot analysis of Chrm4 was performed by loading NIH/3T3 cell lysates (20µg), on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Chrm4 antibody (Product # PA5-50490) at a 1/800 dilution for 10 minutes, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
