- Western blot analysis of PERK expression in cell lysates. 300ug PERK over-expressing 293T cell lysate (lanes 1 & 2), or 800ug wild type (Lanes 3 & 4), and PERK knock out (lanes 5 & 6) MEF cell lysate were immunoprecipated with 15ul anti-PERK. PERK was detected using rabbit anti- PERK Antiserum, not purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # A01992.
