- Western Blot: CRYBA1 Antibody [NBP1-33010] - The CRYBA1 p.G91del mutation reduced its expression in two cell lines. The protein levels of CRYBA1 were measured by Western blot. In 293T and SRA cells, the exogenous CRYBA1 was detected using anti-FLAG antibody; In SRA cells, the general CRYBA1 protein level was also measured using anti-CRYBA1 antibody. beta-Actin or GAPDH were used as internal control.
