- Western Blot of Rabbit Anti-STING antibody. Lane 1: Rh30 lysate. Primary antibody: STING at 7 µg/mL for overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4°C. Predicted/Observed size: 80 kDa for STING. Other band(s): none.
