- Detection of human TAF2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TAF2 antibody A302-132A used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. TAF2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TAF2 antibody A302-131A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TAF2, A302-132A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
