- Immunocytochemical analysis of MAGED2 in Hela cells using a MAGED2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113520) at a dilution of 1:145. The cells were treated with 30mM sodium butyrate for 4 hours and counter stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the primary antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was an Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

- Immunocytochemical analysis of paraffin-embeded MAGED2 in human testis tissue using a MAGED2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113520) at a dilution of 1:320. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 min at room temperature. The primary antibody, in 1% BSA, was incubated at 4°C overnight. A biotinylated secondary antibody was used with an HRP conjugated SP system.
