- Detection of STRA6 in HT-29 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human STRA6 Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC5904R, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002R, open histogram).
