- Immunohistochemical analysis of ROBO2 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (cortex). Samples were incubated with ROBO2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24104) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic . Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm in neurons.

- Flow cytometry of ROBO2 in HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either (A) human ROBO2 or (B) irrelevant protein, and eGFP. Samples were incubated in ROBO2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24104) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. Quadrant markers were set based on isotype control antibody staining.
