- Western blot analysis of MICA + MICB in Positive control: Lane 1: U937, Lane 2: Mouse bone marrow. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with MICA + MICB polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109323), at a dilution of 1:500 (5% BSA, 2 hours), followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.
