This Suz12 antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (1:250 - 1:1,000 dilution) and chromatin IP (10 µl per ChIP). An additional band at approximately 20 kDa is also detected by this antibody in HeLa and HEK lysates, but not in mouse CSML0 cell lysate.
