Western blot analysis of rat serum (15 ug) was resolved by SDS - PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with SERPINA12 monoclonal antibody, clone 1C4 (1 : 2000) (Cat # MAB1106) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
