- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human Lymphotoxin alpha beta heterotrimers in direct ELISAs and Western blots. This antibody detects an epitope in the Lymphotoxin beta subunit. In direct ELISAs, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human (rh) Lymphotoxin alpha , rhAPRIL, rhBAFF, rhTNF-alpha , rhTWEAK, rhEDA-A2, rhEDA, rhTRAIL, rhVEGI, rhTRANCE, rhFas Ligand, or rhOX40 Ligand.
