- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PTP-MEG2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, TS1 mouse helper T cell line, CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line, and Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PTP-MEG2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2668) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for PTP-MEG2 at approximately 68 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
