- Western blot analysis from lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, TS1 mouse helper T cell line, CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line, and Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of human/mouse/Rat PTP-MEG2 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-23997) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for PTP-MEG2 at approximately 68 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
