- Western Blot analysis of Methyl Histone 1F0 (Lys101) in HepG2 whole cell lysate using a Methyl Histone 1F0 (Lys101) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112436) at a dilution of 1:50. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50,000.

- Immunocytochemical analysis of Acetyl-H2A.ZK7ac (Lys7) in Hela cells using a Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112438) at a dilution of 1:50. Hela cells (treated with 30mM sodium butyrate for 4 hour) performed on a Leica BondTM system. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

- Immunocytochemical analysis of Acetyl-H2A.ZK7ac (Lys7) in Hela cells using a Acetyl-H2A.ZK7ac (Lys7) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112438) at a dilution of 1:25. The cells were treated with 30mM sodium butyrate for 4 hours and counter stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the primary antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was an Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

- Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Assay of Acetyl-H2A.ZK7ac (Lys7) in Hela cells using a Acetyl-H2A.ZK7ac (Lys7) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112438). 4 x 10^6 Hela cells were treated with 30 mM sodium butyrate for 4h, treated with Micrococcal Nuclease, sonicated, and immunoprecipitated with 5 µg of the primary anibody or a control of normal rabbit IgG. The resulting ChIP DNA was quantified using real-time PCR with primers against the β-Globin promoter.
