- Western blot analysis of THAP3 was performed by loading 231 celllysates (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a THAP3 antibody (Product # PA5-50841) at a 1/200 dilution for 1 minute, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
