- Cell Proliferation Induced by Cardiotrophin-1/CT-1 and Neutralization by Mouse Cardiotrophin-1/CT-1 Antibody. Recombinant Mouse Cardiotrophin-1/CT-1 (Catalog # 438-CT) stimulates proliferation in the TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Mouse Cardiotrophin-1/CT-1 (10 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Mouse Cardiotrophin-1/CT-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF438). The ND50 is typically 0.08-0.48 µg/mL.
