- CD63 in A549 Human Cell Line. CD63 was detected in immersion fixed A549 human lung carcinoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human CD63 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5048) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. - Detection of CD63 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD63 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5048, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
