- Western Blot: RAGE Antibody [NBP2-03951] - Analysis of RAGE in 1) human lung tissue lysate, mouse lung tissue lysate in the 2) absence and 3) presence of immunizing peptide, and 4) rat lung tissue lysate using this antibody. 1 and 0.1 ug/ml, respectively. goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test. Note: This antibody was raised against an amino acid sequence that is 100% conserved in human, however testing shows that it does not detected the expected approximately 45 kD band in human lung lysate.
