Experimental details

Detection of Human and Rat Casein Kinase 1 alpha by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, NRK rat normal kidney cell line, and Y3-Ag rat myeloid cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat Casein Kinase 1 alpha Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4569) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Casein Kinase 1 alpha at approximately 38 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
