- The tissue lysate derived from mouse liver tissue at 50 ug/lane loaded onto SDS-PAGE, transferred onto a NC membrane, then blotted by Fah polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12766) at 1 : 500. An immunoreactive band Fah protein is observed around ~ 47kD.
