Experimental details

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were surface stained with CD3 FITC and CD4 APC/Fire™ 750 and then treated with the True-Nuclear™ Transcription Factor Buffer Set. Cells were then stained with purified EOS (clone W16032A) (left) or rat IgG2a, ? isotype (right), and FOXP3 Alexa Fluor® 647 followed by anti-rat IgG PE. Cells shown are gated on CD3+CD4+ cells.
