- Immunohistochemical analysis of PLTP in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human placenta. Samples were incubated in PLTP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA3-16790) using a dilution of 1:300 for 1 hour at room temperature followed by the Anti-Rabbit IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody. Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the cytoplasm in decidual cells.
