- Inositol polyphosphate multikinase, also known as, Inositol 1,3,4,6-tetrakisphosphate 5-kinase, and encoded by the gene name(s), IPMK or IMPK, plays an important role in the biosynthesis of inositol 1,3,4,5,6-pentakisphosphate, and has a preferred 5-kinase activity. IPMK is localized to the nucleus and is ubiquitously expressed with the highest levels found in skeletal muscle, liver, placenta, lung, peripheral blood leukocytes, kidney, spleen and colon.

- Storage
- Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance. Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
