Immunohistochemical detection of DAGL-alpha on formaldehyde fixed rat cerebellum slices. Antigen retrieval: 30 min incubation at 80ºC in 50 mM sodium citrate pH 9. 10% donkey serum as blocking agent for 1 hour. Primary antibody dilution 1/500, overnight. Secondary antibody: anti-rabbit biotin-conjugated IgG (1/500) (Bermudez-Silva et al., 2008).
