- Detection of Human PP2C gamma by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human PP2C gamma Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5595) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for PP2C gamma at approximately 72 to 75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
