- Western blot analysis of cell lysates of HT-29 (40 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with CIB1 monoclonal antibody , clone 1D1 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1113). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
