- Western blot analysis from lysates of 786-O human renal cell adenocarcinoma cell line, Saos-2 human osteosarcoma cell line, and SK-OV-3 human ovarian adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human a-2, 8-Sialyltransferase 8B/ST8SIA2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47856) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for a-2, 8-Sialyltransferase 8B/ST8SIA2 at approximately 63 to 67 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Samples were incubated in ST8SIA2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47856) using a dilution of 1.7 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the developing brain.
