- Western blot was performed using Anti-RAB9B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-63992) and a 23kDa band corresponding to RAB9B was observed Jurkat and Mouse Brain but not in K-562, HeLa, SK-OV-3 or Mouse Skeletal Muscle. Whole cell extracts/ tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Jurkat (Lane 1), K-562 (Lane 2), HeLa (Lane 3), SK-O-V3 (Lane 4), Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 5) or Mouse Brain (Lane 6) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0341BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:100) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
