- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat VHR by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of TE-85 human osteogenic sarcoma cell line, TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line, and C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line . PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/ Rat VHR Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1654) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, Recombinant Human VHR (Catalog # 1654-VH) (2 ng) was included. A specific band for VHR was detected at approximately 24 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
